What are the dates of Collaborate 2023?
April 12-14, 2023

Is there opportunity to earn continuing education credits?
Yes! Many of the sessions will be approved for HRCI and SHRM continuing education credits. We are in the process of session approvals and will post which ones are approved as they become available.

What is the ROI?
3 days, 20+ sessions, 400+ new contacts and access to experts = expanded answers fast at one low cost. In addition, you can receive continuing education credits. Due diligence requires HR to stay in front of legislative and industry trends to help their organizations navigate the changing tides of hiring. This event is built upon helping you do just that.

What is the conference attire?
The conference attire is business casual. The ballrooms tend to be a little chilly so please plan accordingly.

What is the weather like in Las Vegas in April?
The average weather in Las Vegas during the month of April the average daily temperature can range from 45° to 81°F.

What is the cost of a full conference pass?
The conference registration fee is $495.

What does the full conference pass include?
The Collaborate 2023 conference package includes all general and breakout sessions, access to all exhibitors, an evening of off-site entertainment as well as all food and beverage-related expenses.

What is not included in the full conference pass?
The conference pass does not include airfare, hotel and ground transportation. That will be the responsibility of each individual.

Can I bring a spouse or significant other and what does that include?
Yes. A guest conference pass is $250.00 and includes the general sessions and evening events.

What methods of payments are accepted?
American Express, Visa, and MasterCard are all accepted.

Can I pay with a check?
Unfortunately, no. We can’t accept checks for this year’s event.

Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?
Yes, you will receive an email confirming upon completion of the registration process and once payment is accepted.

Can I make changes to my registration?
Yes. You will receive a link in your confirmation email that will allow you to view or modify your registration. You will need your confirmation number to log back into your registration.

What is the substitution policy?
You may substitute your conference registration for a colleague any time leading up to two weeks before the conference.

Can I register on-site?
No. You will not be able to register for Collaborate 2023 on-site at ARIA.

Can I cancel my registration?
You can cancel your conference registration without penalty by March 20, 2023.  After March 20, 2023, you will only receive a 50% refund.

If I cannot attend, may I substitute someone from my organization?
For the event itself, yes. Please email any event attendance changes to employment.solutions@fadv.com.

How do I book my hotel?
First Advantage has a negotiated rate of $149 plus taxes for April 11-13 and $199 for April 14 with a $39 discounted daily resort fee. Please click here to book your hotel room and check out the travel tab for more information regarding hotel booking.

How can I make, change or cancel my hotel reservation?
a. All room reservations should be made, modified or canceled through Passkey, our dedicated online reservation method available by clicking here. You can also make changes to your hotel reservation by calling ARIA at 866.359.7757. Please contact the hotel directly to cancel your room.

b. To receive the event rate, all reservations and any changes must be made before 5:00 PM PST on March 20, 2023. Reservation requests received after that date, will be accepted on a space available basis and could possibly be at a higher rate than the negotiated discount rate.

c. Reservations must be canceled no later than 72 hours prior to arrival to receive a complete refund.

Can I extend my stay at ARIA?
Yes, however the negotiated room rate only applies to the event dates of April 11-13 for $149. We do have a negotiated rate for Friday the 14 of $199. After that, you will pay public market rates. And don’t forget the daily resort fee: +$39.

What is included in the ARIA Resort fee?
Guests will receive access to The Spa at ARIA Fitness Center, a state-of-the-art facility where you are sure to find your favorite way to break a sweat with 6,000 square feet of equipment to choose from; high-speed wireless internet service in-suite and on ARIA campus; local and toll-free number phone calls; a daily newspaper; and airline boarding pass printing.

What airport should I fly into for the conference?
McCarron International Airport, symbol LAS, is the closest facility serving the Las Vegas area.

How do I get to the hotel?
ARIA is located approximately 10 miles or 30 minutes from the McCarran International Airport. All attendees are responsible for their own ground transportation. However, conference sponsored events will take place in the hotel and/or will be walking distance. The average cost of a taxi from the airport to ARIA is $20 - $25.

Does ARIA have a shuttle or transportation service?
The concierge at ARIA can arrange transportation requests including shuttle, sedan and limousine services to and from the airport as well as arrange for any transportation needs you may have during your stay. Please contact the ARIA Concierge by calling 877-347-2742 or email for more details.

What meals are hosted by the conference?
