David Robillard

David has more than thirty-five years of international experience in the fields of reputational and employment risks, having worked in Latin America, Europe and Africa. Prior to joining FA, he was the co-founder of Mexico-based MultiLatin Background Screening and held numerous management positions at a global risk consultancy, including that of Deputy Director for Latin America and the Caribbean.
Currently he is the Chair of the Latin American Task Force for PBSA (Professional Background Screening Association). Between 2013 and 2015 he was Board Chair for the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Mexico.
Mónica Flores

Mónica is President of Manpower in Latin America, President of the Manpower Group Foundation and the first woman President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Mexico. She graduated from the UNAM as an actuary and holds two Masters, one in Business Administration from the IPADE and the other in Philosophy from the UP. Currently, she heads up Manpower in 18 countries, with more than 3,700 employees,12 specialized service centers in Mexico, and more than 120,000 outsourced employees throughout the region.
Her experience has been recognized in various media and business rankings, particularly as one of the Most Powerful Business Women Entrepreneurs in Latin America. Ana María Salazar
A leading expert in security, politics, and economy
Ana María is a recognized expert with 30 years experience working, analyzing and writing on the subjects of national security, politics, and leadership. She graduated from both Harvard Law School and the University of California in Berkeley. For nearly two decades she has anchored political and news programs on TV and radio, as well as writing a weekly column for the most important newspapers and magazines in Mexico. She has also published several books on security issues and leadership. Her professional experience includes working as a civil servant and as an academic in universities and military institutions.
Much of what Ana María Salazar has written is dedicated to the analysis of national security and politics, at both public and personal levels. She is the author of the following books: National Security Today: the Challenge for Democracy (Nuevo Siglo/Aguilar 2002); The Wars to Come (Nuevo Siglo/Aguilar 2003); The Enemy at Home (Taurus, May 2008); Modern Leadership: How not to become a Jurassic Leader (Aguilar, May 2009); and National Security Today: Challenges of the Sexennium (Punto de Lectura, 2008).
Enrique Zorrilla

Enrique is an executive director in Mexico. He studied accounting in the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), and then business administration in the Iberoamericana University. He also obtained postgraduate studies from Northwestern University in Chicago. With more than 45 years experience in the banking sector, Enrique was President and Managing Director of Scotiabank.
Before being appointed as CEO of Scotiabank he was Senior Vice President of commercial banking for the same bank, in charge of corporate and commercial banking services, shared services, IT and global transaction banking solutions. Prior to working at Scotiabank, he was Managing Director of Banamex. In 2009, he was named Vice President of the Association of Banks of Mexico (ABM).
Edgar Osuna

Edgar is currently Director of Human Resources of KPMG Technology Services Americas (KTSA), a delivery center in Mexico that offers IT consulting services for the region. With more than 20 years experience, Edgar has developed a professional profile focused on attracting and retaining talent in the tech sector. His experience includes working in organizations such as IBM and SAP, where he promoted strategies for diversity and inclusion, as well as handling compensations.
In SAP, specifically, Edgar took a regional perspective as leader in the Southern and Northern Cones of Latin America. Aurora Adame

Aurora worked for the Pacific Airport Group (GAP) where she was the first woman to form part of the senior leadership. Her experience in triple A (AAA) global companies came as a result of working in Unilever as Head of External Affairs for Mexico and the Caribbean, as well as for Grupo Bimbo where she launched the International Corporate Affairs Team, with a regional scope of 22 countries. She was also the senior representative of the CEO in international forums such as the B20 and the Consumer Goods Forum.
She worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Mexico for eleven years, where she occupied various different positions, all linked to economic affairs in North America. As a member of the Mexican Foreign Service and as a diplomat, she opened the first Mexico Cultural Institute in the Pacific Basin, in Kyoto, Japan.
